I'm Luke — an operations manager by background, with over a decade of experience planning and delivering large-scale installation programmes across the UK and Ireland.
I've managed programmes spanning hundreds of sites, coordinating subcontractor teams across day and night shifts, and dealing with every real-world constraint you can think of — from ferry crossings to working time regulations to clients changing scope mid-programme.
Along the way I moved from planning by hand to building the tools that do it — spreadsheets first, then automation, and eventually constraint-based scheduling. That's the experience Optimatic is built on.
