I'm Luke — an operations manager by background, with over a decade of experience planning and delivering large-scale installation programmes across the UK and Ireland.

I've managed programmes spanning hundreds of sites, coordinating subcontractor teams across day and night shifts, and dealing with every real-world constraint you can think of — from ferry crossings to working time regulations to clients changing scope mid-programme.

A few years ago, I started building tools to automate the parts of my job that ate the most time. What began as a routing spreadsheet turned into a full constraint-solving engine that consistently outperforms manual planning.
